Birdsong Yurt is the perfect place for anyone looking to relax and find adventure! The area is best known for its two great ski mountains! We are 13 m ins to Mt Abram Ski and Mountain bike park and we are 27 mins to Sunday River Ski resort! Whatever you are looking for we have it. Skiing, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Fishing, Kayaking, Tubing, Horseback riding, ATV/Snowmobiling, swimming, waterfalls and much more all nearby! After a long day of outdoor adventure you will find Birdsong yurt is cozy and relaxing. The perfect place for a couple or small family looking to connect and be close to nature. Let the Hot Tub melt the day away. Come make memories and find your soul in the Western Maine Mountains! About the space Birdsong yurt is not your average yurt! It is a new 30’ Great Lakes Yurt With lots of upgrades. Every detail has been thought through to make this yurt experience as cozy and relaxing as possible. The yurt sleeps two to four people with a king size bed in the main living area and a queen size bed in the bedroom. We provide fresh clean 100% cotton linens and towels. The yurt has a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee pot, electric tea kettle, air fry/toaster oven and is stocked with pots and pans, cooking spices, dinnerware and glassware for 4. We have a full bathroom with fresh towels and 48”walk in shower with rain shower head. Outside area The front deck is the perfect place to take in the beautiful Mountain View, watch the sunset or stargaze in the hot tub or next to the gas fire pit. We also have a gas grill, picnic table and a wood burning fire pit to sit around and make some s’mores! We are dog friendly up to two dogs with prior approval. An additional fee of $45 per dog will be added. Dogs are to be leashed and all pet waste cleaned up. We provide doggie bags by the door. Dogs are not to be left unattended at the yurt for any reason. Dogs left unattended or that bark excessively will be asked to leave. We love having families at the yurt but keep in mind the yurt is not child proofed. The pellet stove is not gated and the front will burn if touched. Children must be supervised. We do not allow smoking of any kind in the yurt. Smoking allowed outside at least 10-feet from the yurt and please leave no trace.
